The Cornell Voice Program and the Cornell Center for Historical Keyboards present Salon Solèy, a performance and conversation series, featuring Tanya Blaich, curator of the Liederabend series at the New England Conservatory. The evening brings together student performances with Blaich’s interpretive guidance and historical perspective to explore nineteenth-century German Lieder and the evolving relationship between voice and piano, from the fortepiano to the modern instrument.
