Meet the TEAM

Resident Hall Director (RHD)

The Residence Hall Director is a full time, live in professional staff person, and is not a student. The RHD is responsible for the long range planning as well as day-to-day operations of the building, and is the Mary Donlon representative to its parent organizations, Residential New Student Programs, Campus and Community Engagement, and Cornell University.

Lammi Adem

Residential Hall Director (RHD)

Hello Donlon Community!

I am from Denver, CO where I completed my bachelor's degree in Sociology from the University of Denver in 2013. From there, I went on to get my masters in Higher Education Administration from Syracuse University in 2017. Prior to coming to Cornell University, I was a Residence Life Coordinator at University of California Merced. I love to read and watch movies, but I'm seldom up to date with the latest movies out. Please stop by my office if you ever want to talk.

Resident Advisors

The RAs are live-in student staff members who have been trained extensively in working in undergraduate residence halls, in areas including educational programming, counseling, referrals, and crisis management. The Donlon has 16 RAs, and you may go to any of them if you have questions or problems. There is an RA on call every night of the week and on the weekends to respond to any emergencies in the building. The RAs will be some of the first people you meet upon moving into the Donlon. They are here because they care about you and want your experience to be as successful and positive as possible.
