JAM and HILC Fall 2023 Broadway Trip to NYC: Wicked!

Hello JAMmies!

JAM & HILC bring to you a sponsored trip to New York City to see the Broadway show Wicked! Please read below for important information regarding the upcoming trip.

Event Details:

November 4-5 there is a trip to New York City to view the show Wicked.

Please note: only students 18+ are eligible.
 

This trip is overnight. The bus will be departing on Saturday, November 4 from the North Campus bus stop in front of RPCC at 10:30 AM. We will be arriving in NYC at the Crowne Plaza Times Square Manhattan hotel around 3:00 PM. The show is on Sunday, November 5 at 2:00 PM. After the show, the bus will be departing from the hotel at 8:00 PM to head back to campus and arrive at around 12:30 AM that night.

The round trip bus to NYC, the hotel, and Broadway tickets have all been purchased. You will need to provide for your own meals while on the trip.

A separate email will be sent out with the link to the sign up form on Monday, October 2 2023, at 5:00 PM. The sign up form will close on Sunday, October 8 at 11:59:PM. An email to selected residents will be sent out by Wednesday, October 11 by 5:00 PM. This email will contain additional information regarding the trip and mandatoy pre-departure meeting.

Other Important Information:

A MANDATORY pre-departure meeting will take place on Monday, October 30 from 6:00 PM - 7:00 PM at the Toni Morrison Multipurpose Room (102/104). Please email Troy Feldman at tf265@cornell.edu if you have questions or concerns.

An email will be sent out to those accepted on this trip with more information regarding the pre-departure meeting and trip.

The tickets are first come, first serve based on the timestamp that you complete the form. There is very limited space for this trip. A waitlist will be created once all spots are filled.
