Resident Hall Director (RHD)-A full time staff member who lives in the building and helps oversee the community as it grows. The RHD directly oversees student staff, does student check ins, care and conduct, educational programming, and on-call rotation for all Residential Life spaces.

Hey there! My name is Elle (think Legally Blonde or Stranger Things) and I use she/her pronouns. I am excited to be the Resident Hall Director of Ecology House this year. What a unique and amazing home we have to live in! I have a BA and MA in Intercultural Studies. Before coming to Cornell, I used to play lacrosse, learned how to be a barista, and worked with a local nonprofit that addresses food insecurity in my hometown. I am really excited to get to learn and grow with you all this year.
