Resident Hall Director (RHD)-A full time staff member who lives in the building and helps oversee the community as it grows. The RHD directly oversees student staff, does student check ins, care and conduct, educational programming, and on-call rotation for all Residential Life spaces.

Hello folx! My name is Liz and I use they/she pronouns. I am excited to be the Resident Hall Director of Ecology House this year. What a unique and amazing home we have to live in! I have a BA in two fields, Environmental Studies and Speech Communications. I also have my MA in Higher Education Administration. Before working at Cornell I spent a lot of my free time in the Adirondacks, and before the pandemic I used to live in Fairbanks, Alaska. I am really excited to get to learn and grow with you all this year.
