About Us
CUVEC is Cornell's undergraduate student winemaking organization. This organization is a registered student organization of Cornell University.
The purpose of CUVEC is to enrich the Cornell Viticulture and Enology experience through practice in and exploration of diverse topics within the wine industry and other allied industries in order to further develop the specialization of students.
Our objectives are: to foster a close relationship among the students, faculty, staff, and other members of the Viticulture and Enology program across departments; to provide resources and opportunities for students who seek to advance and diversify their knowledge of the winemaking and allied industries outside of the classroom; to assist in preparing students for their future careers.
