About Us

The purpose of the Coastal Conservation Club at Cornell shall be to: (1) educate and involve the Cornell community in marine conservation and policy, (2) lead fundraising efforts for marine conservation and research-oriented organizations, (3) drive local and oceanic policy change as it relates to marine and aquatic life, and (4) connect students with nature through hands-on participation in marine preservation. Coastal Conservation Club at Cornell exists to facilitate Cornell’s coastal relationships through guest speakers, cleanup within Ithaca’s context and beyond, trips, workshops, and more.
