Our organization is on a mission to prepare students for recruitment across diverse business domains, particularly within the realm of product management. Our guiding philosophy is rooted in the belief that regardless of one's major or background, every student can achieve their aspirations. We actively engage in philanthropic initiatives, such as community volunteering, with the aim of cultivating a holistic and well-rounded mindset among our members. This, we believe, is crucial for their preparedness for success in any future endeavor. Through the establishment of distinct divisions, we have strategically positioned ourselves to effectively equip individuals for seamless transitions into product management roles immediately upon graduating from college. Our consultants, spread across various sectors, working hands-on with current student start-ups. This not only provides them with valuable exposure to the daily life of a startup but also contributes to the growth of these student-led companies. To create a better Dyson School that embraces and nurtures diversity in thought, actions, identity, and experiences of all stakeholders guided by the Diversity Council’s mission and purpose. Members of the Council will act as a representative channel for all stakeholders in the Dyson School to build strong connections internally with the Dyson School and externally with the SC Johnson College of Business and Dyson alumni.
