Feeling stressed? Need some more zen? Join Cornell Minds Matter for a live yoga session with local instructor, Lara Green, for an all levels yoga and meditation class on Tuesday, August 18th and 25th from 2:00-3:30 PM. This virtual offering will include an hour of moderately paced Vinyasa flow yoga, and a guided meditation practice. Students are encouraged to focus their attention inward, breathe deep, and challenge their innate intelligence in a safe and supportive space.
