Event Access Note
If you select Group members only, ensure all attendees are current group members. Otherwise, some students may not be able to register or sign required waivers.
How to Join a Group in CampusGroups
For the second Who can see option, selecting Everyone means that anyone with the event link can view the page without logging in, including non-Cornell viewers.
Important: Events with Non-Cornell Attendees
Selecting Everyone may allow non-Cornell guests to view the event page, but non-Cornell attendees may not be able to register, be added as attendees, or complete Cornell login-based forms through CampusGroups.
If your event includes non-Cornell participants, use the separate non-Cornell participant form listed in the waiver section below.

Once RMI has approved your event or trip, follow the steps below to edit the existing CampusGroups event.
Participant Form Guidance
Cornell participants should register through the CampusGroups event and will be redirected to the Cornell participant waiver form.
