I write to share the positive news that we have moved to green status (recent email from Vice President Lombardi). Thank you for your continued efforts to follow COVID-19 health and safety guidelines. I recognize the great care and caution regarding personal health and the health of those around us that you have been displaying. Thank you also for your diligence in continuing your organization operations in a virtual capacity. While we feel good about moving to the green status, organization operations will remain the same as before (completely virtual).
WHAT DOES GREEN MEAN?
Ô£ö´©Å While COVID-19 cases are on the decline, we need to make sure the numbers are consistently declining.
Ô£ö´©Å All organization operations will remain virtual (with the hope of moving to small 10 or fewer in-person gatherings soon).
Ô£ö´©Å All events/meetings will continue to be submitted in CampusGroups for screening (includes virtual).
As the above says, this does not mean we can lose our diligence or let our guards down…we need to keep the same level of caution and care. Working together as a community will allow us to move to a different phase within the green alert status.
In addition, we want to share a few virtual workshops that your organizations should attend. To view what trainings are being offered to student leaders and advisors, please visit the Campus Activities webpage, Leadership Workshop Series.
