APGS exists to facilitate communication among the applied physics graduate students as well as the broader Cornell community. Our goals include disseminating important information to graduate students and acting as a formal voice for graduate students within the workings of the department. Additionally, the APGS fosters community among physics graduate students by organizing social events and discussion forums.
