This moderated panel, "Becoming an Authentic Leader: How Cultural Fluency Helps You Land the Job You Want, Build Your Network, and Bring Your Best Self," will take place from 7:00–8:00 PM and will be followed by an open Q&A. Jane will share practical strategies for showing up authentically in professional settings—communicating your strengths with confidence, navigating cultural expectations, and building meaningful professional relationships. You’ll gain clear, actionable insights on managing pressure, strengthening your interview presence, and developing networking as a skill—while staying true to who you are.
Come early for tea and snacks from 6:30–7:00 PM, a relaxed space to mingle, connect. After the conversation, stay for a Build-Your-Own Ramen Bar from 8:00–9:00 PM—a chance to continue the dialogue, meet fellow students, and grow your network in a welcoming, informal setting.
First 40 attendees get a free copy of one of Jane’s books!
