The Cornell Amateur Radio Club, W2CXM, will be hosting a week-long event to make contacts with Earth-orbiting satellites, from our club station at 401 Barton Hall. The club will employ a rotating directional antenna and a powerful radio transceiver to allow attendees to create transmissions and hear responses from other radio operators around the world via select satellites, such as the International Space Station.

The event will not be operating around the clock, and instead will only be open to visitors, subject to change, at:
- 7 PM to 9 PM on Thursday, November 12, in Barton 401
- 8 PM to 12 AM on Friday, November 13, in Fuertes Observatory Museum
- 3 PM to 5 PM on Sunday, November 15, in Barton 401
- 10:30 AM to 12:30 PM on Tuesday, November 17, in Barton 401
- 7 PM to 9 PM on Thursday, November 19, in Barton 401

The event is partially funded by the Public Events Fund and the Student Activities Funding Commission, SAFC.
