Finally, join us for our Build-a-Bite event in the One World Room, where you can create a delicious DIY meal kit including grains, sauce, vegetables, and spices to eat here or take home! Show your love for Earth Day and don't miss this green-filled day of fun! This event is open to anyone interested.
This DIY meal kit will have four stations. At each station, individuals can grab 1lb paper bags or half-pound containers for their base, sauce, toppings, and spices. It's first come, first serve.
1. Base
Rice
Lentils
Quinoa
Pasta (regular and chickpea)
2. Sauce
Peanut sauce
Tomato basil
3. Toppings
Bok choy
Spinach
Mushrooms
Any other seasonal vegetables
4. Spices
Adobo blend
