Hello Townhouse Community:
I hope everyone is doing well. Below is an email that you should read very carefully as there is a lot of information pertaining to Winter Break Closing (not Thanksgiving Break). It is important that you attend your own RAs meeting but if you are unable to please email your RA and let them know you will be attending another meeting. All meetings will be held in the Townhouse Community Room on the first floor of the Townhouse Community Center. Attendance will be taken at these meetings.
RA Closing Meetings: (held in Townhouse Community Room)
A/B Quad : Monday, December 9th @ 9:00pm
C/D Quad: Wednesday, December 4th @ 8:30pm
E/F Quad: Wednesday, December 4th @ 7:15pm

Townhouses will be CLOSED for Winter Break
Townhouses will close on December 22nd at 2pm. After this point, Building Care will change the locks on the front doors. All residents should be vacated by this time. If you are unable to leave campus by that time should wait at RPCC or in the Townhouse Community Room in the Community Center. A $42/hour fee may apply to those not vacated by 2pm on the 22nd who are not approved otherwise.
The Townhouses will be closed until January 14th @ 9am. Students may not return before that time or enter the Townhouses during the Winter Break. Your front door lock will be changed during Winter Break and will be changed back by January 14th @ 9am.
*** If you have a flight leaving on December 23rd or there is some extenuating circumstance where you need to stay the night of December 22nd – you must email HOUSING@cornell.edu with your request to remain after the building is closed. A $42/fee to stay the night may apply. Approval for these requests is not a guarantee.***
