Required Participation Risk Waiver
Notice: Travelers must complete the Participant Assumption of Risk & Hold Harmless before registering. Those who do not submit a waiver will not be able to board the shuttle. Please use the responses below when completing your waiver.

F.A.Q.
What are the restrictions on baggage?
Items placed below the bus cannot exceed 50 pounds and should be completely enclosed. Baggage for underneath the bus should not exceed 62 inches when adding the total exterior dimensions of the piece (length + width + height).
Carry-on items must fit in the overhead racks or below your seat. Please remember to keep all valuables and medication with you at all times. Items placed under the bus or inside are the sole responsibility of the passenger traveling.
I have more than one piece of luggage and a carry-on. Will I still be able to ride the shuttle?
While we cannot guarantee additional space beyond the accepted luggage limit, we encourage you to use your best judgment when planning. Additionally, please note that some students may change their plans, which could free up extra space. If there are any updates regarding baggage capacity, we will be sure to communicate with you via email through Campus Groups. Thank you for your patience!
Are passengers allowed to bring food and drinks on the charter shuttle?
Yes, food and non-alcoholic drinks with tops are permitted.
Does the shutter have a restroom?
Yes, all Swarthout motor coaches have restrooms.
Will there be shuttle transportation to Ithaca?
While the Cornell charter shuttle is only for transportation to Hancock International Airport, travelers looking to get to Ithaca can use TCAT’s Route 32, which runs between the airport and Cornell daily (Monday–Sunday).
