Club Benefits

Everyone is welcome to join the recreational fencing club at Cornell, whether you've fenced for years or never picked up a weapon! At our biweekly practices, fencers will complete warmups and footwork drills together, then fence with their peers. Epee, foil, and saber bouting is offered, and beginners can borrow gear. Feel free to drop by and meet our exciting community of fencers!

Events & Activities

Fencing practices are every Tuesday and Thursday from 7:30 to 9:30 pm in the salle in Bartels Hall. Fencers can also attend local tournaments throughout the semester, or take part in fun, community-building socials such as movie nights.

Club Requirements

Please fill out the Category 6 safety waiver before attending practice. Otherwise, all you need is a desire to learn more about the exciting sport of fencing!

Club Spirit

The recreational fencing club prides itself on strong bonds between members, whether you're an undergraduate, graduate, or professor! All are welcome and we look forward to seeing you at practice!
