2nd East Resident Advisor, lml248
Hello everyone!! My name is Lauren Loebach and I’m a junior Human Biology, Health, and Society major and Inequality Studies minor in Human Ecology. I’m from Olney, Maryland (not too far from D.C.) and grew up with my parents, younger brother, two older half-siblings, dog, and cat. This is my second year at Risley and I am so excited to return to such a lovely community! On campus, I’m a member of the Cornell University Emergency Medical Services squad (so you will probably see me often in my cool funky uniform), the pre-medical fraternity Phi Delta Epsilon, and the CHEM 2070 TA team. I’m also on the e-board for PATCH as the Loaves & Fishes subcommittee co-chair. I’m passionate about all of these activities, so don’t hesitate to ask me about any of them if you’re interested! Some of my other interests include baking (especially bread, ask me about sourdough!!!), photography, mushroom foraging, and absolutely anything to do with coffee. I’m an enthusiastic plant mom, which you will definitely notice if you ever stop by my room. All in all, I can’t wait to get to know the Risley community and everyone in it this year. Please don’t hesitate to come by and chat, be it for a question/concern or just to say hello!
