Join the Buddhist Sangha for hot tea, a group meditation, and a group discussion about ways we can incorporate mindfulness and Buddhist practice into our everyday lives to promote overall well being. The discussion will be geared towards newcomers to Buddhism and meditation, particularly focusing on how Cornell students can make decisions that support a mindful life on campus.
