Join us for a habitat hike at Sapsucker Woods and the Lab of Ornithology! This event will begin with a short, guided introduction to native birds and plants before hiking through Sapsucker Woods Sanctuary and learning about invasive species ecology, habitat restoration, and what effective prevention and control look like in practice.
This event will be held rain or shine, so please dress accordingly. Participants are also encouraged to bring a water bottle. Transportation will be provided. Meet in the RPCC parking lot near High Rise 5 at 12:30pm. There will be two Cornell University vans that will transport to and from Sapsucker Woods.
