You’ve probably heard of Cornell Dairy, but did you know they’ve been producing ice cream since 1880? Would you like to see how the cow-to-cone production process works? Join FIR Stephanie Thomas for a tour of the ice cream production facility. We’ll see how flavors like Collegetown Cookie Dough, Big Red Bear Tracks, and Clocktower Pumpkin are made. After the tour of the production facility, we’ll stop by the Dairy Bar for a frozen treat sourced from the smartest cows in the world!

Meet at the cow statue in Stocking Hall at 1:45pm. Tour begins at 2:00pm.

This event is part of the "Iconic Cornell" series. It is a faculty-in-residence sponsored event.
