Details

In this session, you will evaluate whether you would benefit from speaking to a CAPS counselor about a possible disability and whether seeking a diagnosis or counseling would benefit you.

If you don’t believe you need or would benefit from counseling and/or a diagnosis, you can use the session time to review your study techniques and determine if you need to change anything; this time can also be used to study on your own.

Guest Speaker: Em McClintock (CAPS Counselor/Therapist & ADHD Evaluation Interim Coordinator)

About WASS: Weekly Accountability & Support Sessions (WASS) is a new series of guided workshops where you will explore different ways in which you can improve your study techniques to ensure you also keep a healthy life/study balance. Students will discuss a topic or attend a short presentation given by Cornell staff with expertise in different areas, followed by hands-on practice of skills learned.
