Raptors in the Low Rises!

Join FIR Stephanie on Saturday, February 12 for an afternoon with the Cornell Raptor Program!

This event will feature 5 or 6 live birds of prey (a mix of hawks, falcons, and owls) from the current residents of the Raptors Program (see here for a full list of resident birds).

During the first hour of the program, each bird will be brought out individually and we'll hear its life history and personal story.

During the second hour of the program, the birds will be on display and you can see the birds up close, take photos, and ask questions.

Events

Please note that the Low Rise 7 Main Lounge will be closed to other activities during the program. To minimize stress on the birds, the lounge will be closed to foot traffic from 1 to 2 PM while the birds are being presented. From 2 to 3 PM the birds will be on display and you are free to drop in to see the birds as you like.
