Dia De Los Muertos

Join the Alpha Chapter of Latinas Promoviendo Comunidad/Lambda Pi Chi Sorority, Inc., La Asociación Latina (LAL), Movimiento Estudiantil Chicano de Aztlán (MEChA), Mexican Student Association (MexSA), the Iota Chapter of Sigma Lambda Upsilon/Señoritas Latinas Unidas Sorority, Inc. (SLU), and Cornell Latinx Student Empowerment for an afternoon of culture, remembrance, and community as we celebrate Día de los Muertos! 💀🌼

Enjoy pan dulce, warm drinks, and a variety of activities, including sugar skull decorating, personalized picture frames, alebrijes, candle decorating, flowerpots, face painting, and more! We'll also explore the history and traditions of Día de los Muertos and the many ways it is celebrated.

Bring a photo of a loved one to decorate a personalized frame and contribute to our community ofrenda (altar). Together, we'll honor those who came before us through creativity, remembrance, and tradition.

Porque nuestros seres queridos viven en cada recuerdo. 🧡
