QGrads strives:
(a) To build a strong community at Cornell by creating spaces for graduate students of all sexual orientations and gender identities to feel heard, seen, and supported.
(b) To plan events and programming that promote the personal and professional development of graduate students of all sexual orientations and gender identities.
(c) To actively address the needs of our members.
(d) To advocate for social justice on and off campus.
