Julissa is best known for her work on Netflix's GENTEFIED as the crowd favorite Yessika. She most recently co-starred in Netflix's ConTodo digital series, GO OFF as well as appearing in Amazon's holiday show, WITH LOVE. Julissa is passionate about Afro-Latinx representation and challenging Latinx stereotypes. She continues to be an advocate in the community and uses her platform to change the landscape of representation in Hollywood.
