The Kessler Scholars Program mission is to engage and empower Cornell University First-Generation & Low-Income Students by providing transformative experiences that build confidence, leadership, and independence.
Members of the Kessler Scholars Program engage in various activities that enhance their understanding of higher education systems, prepare them for life post-college, and fosters a spirit of community service. Scholars also receive a $750 stipend each semester. This scholarship alleviates financial burdens, allowing students to focus on academic and personal experiences that aids to their growth and career preparation.
