For 30-minute mindfulness session for groups, we usually do a 3-minute intro, a 20-minute guided meditation, and 5-7 minutes of discussion afterwards to debrief the experience. In the past, this has been a chance to discuss how to create "pause" in your life, when your mind feels cluttered or you feel over-scheduled.
