About Us
The Human Capital Association provides a forum for students, faculty and corporate executives to explore the various dimensions of human resource issues prevalent in global business. HCA aims to be a provider of educational and professional development with compelling speakers, workshops and symposiums. HCA promotes collaboration with the Center for Advanced Human Resource Studies (CAHRS), and the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) at the ILR School, as well as the Consulting Club and the Center for Leadership at Johnson. The group's values are respect, inclusiveness, passion, integrity and egalitarianism.
