Rent is $783.00 plus utilities, and you will have your own room, space in our office (including a desk), and access to our yard, porch and sunroom. The apartment is fully furnished, but you can bring your own furniture if you prefer. Street parking, we share a washer and dryer with the upstairs unit. Our apartment is south of downtown, a 10 minute walk from Green St station bus stop and 12 minutes from The Ithaca Commons. Our part of town is very quiet and safe. The apartment is on a steep hill (South Hill), so to get home, you'll have to walk uphill for ~5 minutes. *more pictures coming soon*
