Urgently looking for a female roommate to take over the lease for our third bedroom in a quaint little apartment in East Hill area! Move-in date flexible, probably August would be best.
About the property:
Rent is $530/mo plus utilities (~$50-70/mo). Shared kitchen and living room area. The half bathroom would be predominantly yours, and the full bathroom is shared. The bedroom is unfurnished but other living spaces are furnished! Washer and dryer available in the unit. We have a small deck that looks out onto an unfenced backyard lined by woods - makes for some lovely birdwatching! The house is just off Route 79, roughly 3 mins from East Hill Plaza, 6 from B lot/vet school, and 10 from downtown. A bus stop is just up the road if needed, parking on site.
About us:
Adora (me), third year vet student, GCF officer, and Habi, second year vet student, non-Christian. We mostly keep to ourselves but I am totally open to game nights, baking, etc. if there is a desire! We occasionally have friends or family over for a few hours but nothing too crazy, it’s a generally quiet house :)
What we are looking for:
Kind, respectful female roommate to occupy the third bedroom. Must be okay living with animals (gecko, two guinea pigs, cat). We would welcome other small pets, and dogs/female cats could be discussed if they get along with existing animals.
