Our 1-bedroom over-garage apartment is approximately 650 square feet. It is fully furnished. The bed in the bedroom is queen-sized. Compact washer/dryer, internet, utilities (water, electricity), parking are included. The entrance is private. We are asking $1,700 per month.
We would prefer a single guest, but would consider a couple especially if both are students.
Location: While the location is quiet and feels rural, it's just a couple of minutes east of East Campus. 3.9 miles to the Dairy Bar. Bikeable - 1 hill.
