To turn a great idea into a feasible product, food safety considerations in formulation and processing are crucial. Dr. Ruth Petran is an experienced food safety scientist who is the Principal and Founder of Ruth Petran Consulting and has held technical food safety and public health leadership roles at Ecolab, Pillsbury, and General Mills. Join us for lunch with Dr. Petran to hear about her experiences. Lunch will be provided to the first 10 attendees to register.
