Founded in 1972, EARS is a community-led volunteer organization by students, for students at Cornell. We promote mental health through empathic interactions, both interpersonal and organizational, reaching hundreds of peers throughout the Cornell community every year via Peer Mentoring, Training, and Workshops.

Fall '25 Peer Mentoring Schedule

Peer Mentor Drop-In hours are free and accessible on the Ithaca campus for Cornell students.​

Starting August 31st, visit us at the locations specified below (please note locations are subject to change each week). Come visit for self-care items and for a safe space to talk!
