The very first champion of RuPaul's Drag Race, BeBe Zahara Benet is one of the most unforgettable and legendary performers to don our screens. Join Delta Kappa Alpha Professional Cinematic Society on March 13th, 5:30pm at Cornell Cinema for a FREE screening of the film Being BeBe: The BeBe Zahara Benet Documentary. PLUS, stay for a live, online Q&A Session with BeBe and filmmaker Emily Branham after the film screening. Take the chance to ask questions and participate in conversation with both storytellers as well as enjoy the one of a kind documentary.

Being BeBe: The BeBe Zahara Benet Documentary celebrates the journey and life story of BeBe Benet. Spanning 15 years, the film provides raw details and intimate conversations to share the story of Benet's immigration from Cameroon to the United States, becoming the champion of RuPaul's Drag Race, and honoring Black Queer performers and storytellers. The Q&A session also features trailblazing filmmaker and director of Being BeBe, Emily Branham. Based in New York City, Emily works as a director, producer, and editor to bring together unique and memorable documentary films.
