• Cornell as ‘Paymaster’ only and Agency is the ‘Employer of Record’
  • The acceptance of a position through the CWSP is a voluntary action on behalf of the student.
  • The Agency is responsible for any liability and worker’s compensation insurance.
  • The Agency is responsible for administering orientation and training, safety training and providing proper PPE.
  • The Agency must be an approved employer of the CWSP and employment depends on a contractual agreement between Cornell and the Agency.
