Tired of people using scripture📜 as a weapon against LGBTQ+ identities🌈? If Thanksgiving or the winter holidays with your family are anxiety-inducing, then join us for an evening of solidarity, strategies, and self-defense! 🤺🤺

We’ll share ideas and best practices for religious self-defense, engaging🎙️ (or not!🫷) with troublesome family members, and keeping your spirit safe 🕊️ this Thanksgiving and beyond.

All students are welcome.

This year, we will draw from affirming Christian and Jewish traditions with Rev. Quinn and Rabbi Talia. Light dinner provided.

📍Hosted by the LGBT Resource Center within the Centers for Student Equity, Empowerment, and Belonging
