Big Red Chalk Challenge

Join Class Councils in the first ever Big Red Chalk Challenge on Ho Plaza Wednesday, September 21st from 4:30pm - 5:30pm! Winners get the chance to win Bookstore gift certificates!

RULES

With your team of 4 or less, pick a spot on Ho Plaza as designated by the outlines. Here you will chalk out your design that showcases Cornell pride. The design can be anything you want, a favorite dining hall meal, watching the sunset on the Slope, or anything else to show your Big Red pride! Here are some general guidelines for the competition.

- Stick to your designated space
- You have 45 minutes to complete your design with your team
- You must use the supplies provided by Class Councils
- You can work for the allotted time which is 4:30-5:15 PM (please arrive 10 minutes early)
- Judging will take start at 5:15 and winners will be announced at 5:30 PM
- Design must be appropriate and can not have any profanity

The top 3 designs will receive $75 gift cards to the Cornell store as chosen by the judges in 4 categories: interpretation of the theme, creativity, skill, sharpness, and resourcefulness. We look forward to seeing your designs!
