CORNELL TRACK & FIELD CLUB [CTFC] CORNELLIANS, WELCOME ONE AND ALL to a great team (ever-expanding family*) that gathers together to keep in shape via this awesome sport of Track and Field. Whether you are here just to get into shape or to train to compete in meets, YOU HAVE A PLACE IN THIS CLUB! -> Practice time: 7 PM Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays in Barton Hall -> No tryouts to join the club! You may join at anytime throughout the academic year. Just bring your energy and we'll supply the workout! -> Track-style workouts organized for you, including sprints, distance, jumping, hurdling, and throwing! Your feedback and workout ideas are encouraged to improve and diversify our workout repertoire -> Executive Board aims to have 2 meets/month available on the schedule for the club beginning December/January (non-mandatory) -> DON'T WORRY ABOUT YOUR SHAPE! We will build up everyone's fitness before we hit the ground running with our track workouts!
