NSF I-Corps: Explore your innovation’s potential for societal & economic impact!

Virtual and conference-based courses led by the Interior Northeast I-Corps Hub

Could your innovative research change the world?

Participate in a free, month-long I-Corps Regional Course to receive expert guidance as you evaluate the market potential of your deep technology innovation. You’ll gain a deeper understanding of your field and learn valuable professional skills in the process.

The following Conference Courses begin online and feature funded customer discovery travel to an industry-specific event:

June 1 – July 1: Open to researchers developing biotech innovations. Includes travel to San Diego, CA for the BIO International Convention. Apply by May 6.

August 3 – September 2: Open to researchers developing small spacecraft innovations (including innovations in autonomy, edge computation, and interoperable networking or position, navigation, and timing (PNT) for small spacecraft). Includes travel to Salt Lake City, UT for the Small Satellite Conference. Hosted by NASA in partnership with Cornell University. Apply by June 15.

September 21 – October 21: Open to researchers developing battery innovations. Includes travel to Detroit, MI for The Battery Show. Apply by August 26.

The following Virtual Courses are open to innovators in all STEM fields:

June 1 – July 1: Apply by May 6.

July 6 – August 5: Apply by June 17.

July 27 – August 26: Open to startup/incubator teams. Apply by July 8.

September 4 – October 7: Apply by August 19.
