Details

You are invited to participate in a 90-minute guided forest therapy walk led by House Fellow Don Rakow, Co-Director of the Campus Nature Rx Network and a Certified Guide with the Association of Nature and Forest Therapy.

This experience offers an opportunity to step away from academic pressures and spend intentional time in nature. During the walk, you will be introduced to simple, research-based practices that support mental clarity, stress reduction, and emotional well-being.

Highlights include:

A calming, 90-minute walk through the Cornell Botanical Garden

A visit to the Mundy Wildflower Garden, one of the campus’s most scenic and underappreciated spaces

Techniques to manage stress and improve focus, which may be especially helpful as finals approach

Meeting Details:
Please meet GRF Trifosa in front of the House Office at 11:00 AM. The group will walk together to the Cornell Botanical Garden.

We hope you’ll take this opportunity to recharge and reconnect with nature and register to secure your spot!
