We finally made it to the end of classes! I know how the start of the study break can feel; that heavy mix of relief and the looming pressure of finals. Before you dive deep into the library stacks, I’d love for us to take a few minutes just to ground ourselves together in the TV Room.

We’re hosting Emily Dunuwila from Cornell Health for a very gentle, mindfulness meditation session. This isn’t meant to be another task on your to-do list; it’s just a warm space to breathe, sip some tea, and enjoy some mochi :)
