Join us for our third annual Asian Pacific Islander Desi American (APIDA) Gala and Student Awards Ceremony. As part of APIDA Heritage Month, the APIDA gala seeks to celebrate and recognize student leaders and organizations who have made a positive impact at Cornell and beyond.

This year, we are excited to have a Keynote speaker and author, Rebecca F. Kuang.

Rebecca F. Kuang is the award-winning, #1 New York Times bestselling author of the Poppy War trilogy and Babel: An Arcane History, as well as the forthcoming Yellowface. She has an MPhil in Chinese Studies from Cambridge and an MSc in Contemporary Chinese Studies from Oxford; she is now pursuing a PhD in East Asian Languages and Literatures at Yale.

RSVP is REQUIRED and student attendees will be prioritized.

Reception with light refreshments and a Book Signing with Rebecca F. Kuang will follow the program. (Please bring your own book or purchase one from the Cornell Store on site)

Business casual or formal attire suggested.
