This week we will be discussing Sackett v. Environmental Protection Agency and the question: Can the EPA protect wetlands under the Clean Water Act? We will be joined by Professor of Law Jed Stiglitz and Assistant Professor Dr. Meredith Holgerson from the Department of Ecology and Evolutionary Biology. Students are encouraged to bring their passion, expertise and questions to these events that promote dialogue and key issues within the United States.
